Lisa is the best realtor you could ask for. Her write up and pictures on our property listing were great. She kept us informed every step of the way of impressions from each showing from every realtor that brought people through. She held open house events on a regular basis. With all of that feedback, we were able to have an honest and frank discussion that the listing price needed to be lowered a bit based on the market. It was easy to evaluate where it should be priced. After doing that, the house sold within a week.
